Write from the heart is the passion project of Joe Novella. With so much ‘take’ out there in the world, Joe has been trying to find the best way to ‘give’.
Joe has self-published two books, Pepe and Poppy and The Ultimate Self-Help Guide for Men, as well as writing professionally for various outlets including “Peninsula Essence” and providing copy for many websites. He is also a recent winner of a micro fiction contest – The Queenscliffe Literary Festival ‘s. (Full link https://www.flipsnack.com/timesnewsgroup/bt-28-may-newsprint.html ). Joe is also a member of the Peninsula Writers Club
Write from the heart combines two of Joe’s great passions, writing and giving, he hopes to grow this competition to a point where people’s lives are changed for the better, as well as giving writers another creative outlet and an opportunity to earn some dollars for their work, and most importantly, a chance to nominate the charity that will receive the funds collected.
Why enter? Well…
- Flex your writing muscle
- Your entry fee (50%) goes to a nominated charity
- You are in the running to win the prize pool (40% of fees collected)
- If you win, you get to nominate the next charity partner
Your work will contribute to making the world a happier place. We really hope we get the support of writers everywhere.
If you’re interested in being a judge, or participating in this project in some other way than entering into the competition, drop Write from the heart an email at firstname.lastname@example.org Currently all judging is being performed by Joe but that is expected to change as more people get to know about the competition.
